Rhonda is making up for the how to cook a perfect steak class this month except she’s upping the game for an amazing holiday meal! We’ll be eating everything pear plus grilling our own steaks on the raclette. Rhonda will also teach you how to sous vide steaks! This is a hands on and demonstration class. You will be grilling your own steak (Fillet Mignon).

Menu: Winter Pear Salad, Pear soup with gorgonzola, Steak with roasted pear and garlic sauce, Anjou Pear Balsamic grilled veggies and ending with poached pears and a warm caramel sauce.
