We are inviting all women to come and learn anti assault Jiu Jitsu techniques at our self defense workshop on Saturday, September 21st from 12-2pm. Anyone that currently has a family member enrolled in our program is invited at NO COST! For non members it is only $20! RSVP to this event and sign up at the front desk anytime.
