Fiber Frolic (Grades 3-6)
Taught by Gretchen Wilson
Explore the Fiber Arts! Make wool felt, dye with Kool-Aid, spin yarn with a CD, and weave on a loom! Students will learn the history of fiber and how fiber is prepared in this exploratory class. What is "quiviut", "byssus" and "kapok"? Come find out in this 6 week class!
