Big Sky Taekwondo will be hosting a free self-defense seminar on Thursday, July 18 at 6:30-8 PM. This will be a hands-on seminar so wear comfortable clothing. Basic self-defense techniques, situational awareness and some active shooter preparedness will be discussed. For ages 13 and up only due to the mature content.

Scott Miranti will be teaching the course with Darci Miranti's assistance. Scott has 40 years of martial arts experience, was a Bozeman police officer, currently does training seminars for the GF Police Department and has specialty training in active shooter preparedness from Dave Young of Vistelar. Darci Miranti has 11 years of martial arts training and as a victim of assault has loads of knowledge to give women in particular for self-defense training.

Please arrive a few minutes early to sign a waiver form to participate.
