It’s another Milks Street Class. We’re going to have some hands on fun with spices. The menu includes: Turkish Lentil Soup w Aleppo and Mint, Dukkah and pita with olive oil, Feta drizzled with olive oil and za’atar, herb and scallion plate. Learn how spices work together and toasting or blooming them.
