Description:

Another Milk Street Class – Not My Mother’s Chicken. In this class you will learn the Milk Street cooking philosophy and apply to 3 chicken dishes: Orange-Guajillo Chili Pulled Chicken, Stir-fried Chicken with snap peas and basil and Za-atar chicken cutlets and lemon parsley salad. This is hands-on class.

Wednesday March 27th, 6:00 pm, $65 per person, reservations required.
