Are we ever excited! We've partnered with Milk Street (Christopher Kimbal of America's Test Kitchen fame) to bring a new cooking school experience to you.

Our first class fits perfectly with our culinary crash course. We'll start with lessons on broths, stocks, demi-glace, etc. Then we'll roll up our sleeves and do some hands on cooking. On the menu is Ancho Chili Soup, No sear lamb and chick pea stew, and Pressure cooker/insta-pot Taiwanese beef noodle Soup.
